Korobeiniki for Piano
3:57 minutes (5.74 MB)
Korobeiniki, AKA Tetris A Type, is a Russian Folk song famous in the west for being used in the original Gameboy version of Tetris.
This is an Ernesto Lecuona-inspired piano solo arrangement of this theme.

Yet Another Corneria Arrangement.
3:25 minutes (3.91 MB)
This is another old one.
I made this in response to a challenge that the SNES Corneria theme could never be orchestrated. I proved the guy wrong. :D
This was fun. I think I will do this piece again sometime.
Original composer: Hajime Hirasawa.
Lylat Brass: Suite from Twilight Princess "Twilight Brasscess" (Short Version)
7:47 minutes (6.41 MB)
This is a medley from The Legend of Zelda, Twilight Princess.
This is the first piece on the new Lylat Brass pseudo-album that I will be making in 2009. This piece takes several pieces from Twilight Princess and reduces them to Brass Quintet. The trombone plays the part of Wolf Link, howling some melodies.
This is a short version. A longer version is in the works and will be coming later, along with more details about Lylat Brass.
No, there is no sheet music.
Original Composers: Toru Minegishi, Asuka Ohta, and Koji Kondo
Star Fox 12 Days of Christmas
3:35 minutes (4.7 MB)
While not a game remix, here is a quick mockup of a Star Fox 12 days of Christmas idea I had.
This is not finalized, and the weakness of the samples shows, but it is fun. In case you can't understand the lyrics:
On the nth day of Christmas, Team Star Fox gave to me
12 Grubtub mushrooms
11 Phantron Copies
10 extra arwings
9 ghostly fathers
8 hatches open
7 homing launchers
6 hyper lasers
5 GOLD SHIELD RINGS!
4 Aparoids
3 smart bombs
2 barrel rolls
And an Arwing in the Great Fox.
The Story of Zoness
11:31 minutes (13.18 MB)
This is my longest work, and arrangement of the Zoness BGM from Star Fox 64. Zoness was once the vacation spot of the Lylat System before it was ruined by Andross’ pollution. In four movements, it tells the story of how Zoness went from paradise to toxic waste dump and ends in the fourth movement with the defeat of the Sarumarie and a renewed hope that the planet could possible be returned to its prior state. This is the oldest game remix work that I feel comfortable placing on this page. It was one of my first to use the Garritan Personal Orchestra.
V to the X Power
5:26 minutes (6.22 MB)
V to the X Power is an arrangement for Vibraphone and Orchestra of the Sector X BGM from Star Fox 64. I have always liked the vibraphone. Believe it or not, this started out as an original and then somehow it turned into this…

Symetry or Asymetry?
5:04 minutes (5.8 MB)
This piece was an experiment in asymmetrical meters and polymeric composition. It is unfinished, and I do not have plans to finish it. Next to “Chaos so Dense Light Can’t Escape it,†I consider this one of my most creatie pieces. This predates pretty much everything in the “Game Remixes†section, and doesn’t truly project my current skill level, but i feel that is signifies the beginning of when my skills began to improve beyond “kid playing with MIDI.†There is a lot that I like about this piece and I may do a similar one in the future.
Star Fox: Jyugo
2:43 minutes (3.78 MB)
This is to commemorate the 15th anneversary of the release of Star Fox in North America. According to what I could find, “jyugo†is Japanese for the number fifteen. This piece is a concert arrangement of the Star Fox credits. It is more intended to be an orchestration of the original rather than a “remix†so there is much similarity with the original, but with much better samples and a concert-style performance.
Original Composer: Hajime Hirasawa - Song Copyright: Nintnedo
Mercenarios de Lobo
4:52 minutes (5.58 MB)
Mercenarios de Lobo is a mild Spanish-style orchestral arrangement of the Star Fox 2 Star Wolf Theme. This piece was a fun way to push the trumpet samples to their limits! I just wish I had Virtual Drumline when I did this, as prior to my purchase of that library I had no latin percussion sounds.

A Lylat Brass Christmas
4:48 minutes (5.51 MB)
A Lylat Brass Christmas is a delightful medley of Chrismas Carols and Nintendo game music, mainly from the Mario series. Inspiriation came from several sources, but mainly from a group called the OneUps (then called the OneUp Mushrooms) that did a song called “Super Mario’s Sleighride,†which was a similar VG Music/Christmas music medley. This is the last of the “old style†Lylat Brass Ensembles. In retrospect the sleighbells were a bad idea. I had written gaps in the second trumpet part to add some realism for instrument switching.
